Het volledige dossier is te vinden in het RA te Haarlem.Inventaris van het archief van het hof van Assien te Amsterdam.Toegangsnummer 25, inventarisnummer 503 en aktenummer 2626. Doodsoorzaak niet meer te achterhalen.
