een kruidenierswinkel in de Molenstraat te Assen begonnen. In 1906 zijn ze verhuisd naar de
Witterweg en hadden ook daar een kruidenierswinkel, terwijl Jan Vos met de paardewagen de waren
uitventte. In 1919 zijn ze naar de Vaart ZZ 137 verhuisd en is Jan Vos fouragehandelaar
geworden. Plm. 1940 zijn ze verhuisd naar de Vaart ZZ 135, van waaruit beide zijn begraven.,
