    Anne F. Scheunemann, age 86, of 2021 S. Alverno Road, Manitowoc, died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006, at the Manitowoc Health Care Center.
    Anne was born on May 24, 1920, in Big Stone City, S.D., daughter of the late John and Annie Temple de Neui. She graduated in 1938 from high school in Ortonville, Minn. Anne moved to Minneapolis and worked for Washburn Crosby Company for three years. She married Roy W. Scheunemann on Sept. 27, 1941. Anne and Roy moved to Manitowoc in 1955 when Roy was hired by Wisconsin Fuel and Light Company. He preceded his wife in death in 1985. Anne did volunteer work, taught Sunday school at First Lutheran Church, was secretary for the TB Association for eight years, and was a Memorial Hospital volunteer for 20 years.
    Survivors include one son: Roger (Anita) Scheunemann, Albuquerque, N.M.; two daughters: Nancy (Peter) Foster, Parrish, Fla.; Lynn (David) Eck, Manitowoc; seven grandchildren: Scott (Margaret) Scheunemann, Brooks, Ga.; Sally (Patrick) Gauthier, Coon Rapids, Minn.; John (April) Scheunemann, Oceanside, Calif.; David Foster, Manitowoc; Mark (Melissa) Foster, Westey Chapel, Fla.; Tyler Eck, Manitowoc; Kristin Eck, Milwaukee; eight great-grandchildren: Mark, Matthew and Kara Scheunemann; Andrew and Katelyn Lauber; Jennifer Gauthier; Cassidy and Erin Scheunemann; and a dear person: Sharon Ring; other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband: Roy.
    A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006, at First Lutheran Church, 521 N. Eighth St., Manitowoc. The Rev. Steven Olson will officiate with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
    Relatives and friends may call at First Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
    The Jens Family Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Scheunemann family.
