Eigentlich: Obtenta dispensatione super impedimento consanguinitatis in 4 to gradu
= nach Erhalt der Dispens vom Ehehindernis der Blutsverwandtschaft vierten Grades.
Dispens ist ein Begriff aus dem katholischen Kirchenrecht und meint die Befreiung von einer
geltenden Vorschrift in bestimmten Einzelfällen.
Wenn auch nur bei einem der beiden Brautleute der zweite Grad der Blutsverwandtschaft gegeben war, mußte päpstliche Dispens eingeholt werden. Der 3. und 4. Grad konnte vom Bischof dispensiert werden.
