van de griffie van de Raad van Vlaanderen: " Pierre Ferdinand Hamelinck, vermoedelijk geestesziek. Naar
aanleiding van een misdaad werd hij in 1772, mede op vraag van zijn
broers en zussen621, gecolloqueerd en onder curatele geplaatst. Broer
Bernard Frans Hamelinck en een zekere Egidius A. Dujardin werden
aangesteld als zijn zaakwaarnemers. Oorspronkelijk verbleef hij te
Froidmont, maar eind juli 1773 werd beslist dat hij naar het klooster
van de ongeschoeide karmelieten te Leuven zou worden
overgebracht622
