Thomas Noël Léon Joseph, célibataire, âgé de vingt un ans, né à Walcour (province de Namur) profession cordonnier, domicilié à Chastrès (province de Namur), fils majeur de Thomas Joseph Ghislain, lamineur et de Trévis Anna, sans profession, demeurant ensemble à Chastrès,
et Guidosse Marie-Louise Marcelline, célibataire, âgée de dix-huit ans, née à Fosse sur Salm (province de Liège), sans profession, domiciliée à Vogenée, fille mineure de feu Guidosse Alphonse Joseph et de Keller Marie-Louise, fermière, demeurant à Vogenée.

Lesquels m'ayant requis de procéder à la célébration du mariage projeté entre eux, j'ai d'abord donné lecture des pièces suivantes qui, dument paraphées, resteront ci-annexées :
1. de l'extrait de l'ace de naissance de Thomas Noël Léon Joseph constatant qu'il est né à Walcourt le vingt-cinq mars mil neuf cent seize,
2. de l'extrait de l'acte de naissance de Guidosse Marie-Louise Marcelline constatant qu'elle est née à Fosse sur Salm le trois février mil neuf cent dix-neuf,
3. de l'extrait de l'acte de décès de Guidosse Alphonse Joseph constatant qu'il est décédé à Vogenée le vingt-et-un août mil neuf cent trente-trois,
4. d'un certificat de l'officier de l'état-civil de la commune de Chastrès constatant que le mariage projeté y a été publié,
5. d'un acte inscrit au registre des publications des actes de mariage de la commune de Vogenée constatant que le dit mariage y a été publié le vingt-quatre octobre mil neuf cent trente-sept,
6. d'un certificat délivré par le collège échevinal de Chastrès le huit octobre mil neuf cent trente-sept constatant que Thomas Noël Léon Joseph a satisfait à la loi sur la milice nationale,
7. et finalement du chapitre six du titre cinq du code civil intitulé « du mariage ».

Après cette lecture, Thomas Joseph Ghislain, Trévis Anna et Keller Marie-Louise ont déclaré donner leur consentement au mariage de leurs enfants respectifs.

J'ai demandé ensuite au futur époux et à la future épouse s'ils veulent se prendre pour mari et pour femme. Chacun m'ayant répondu affirmativement et aucune opposition ne m'ayant été signalée, j'ai déclaré au nom de la loi que Thomas Noël Léon Joseph et Guidosse Marie-Louise Marcelline sont unis en mariage.
Les nouveaux époux ont déclaré qu'aucun contrat de mariage n'a été passé entre eux.
Le tout en présence de
Thomas Jacques, âgé de quarante-six ans, profession de lamineur, demeurant à Monceau-sur-Sambre, oncle de l'époux
Trévis Julien, âgé de quarante-trois ans, ouvrier au chemin de fer, demeurant à Cerfontaine, connaissance de l'épouse.
De tout quoi j'ai rédigé le présent acte dont il a été donné lecture aux parties et aux témoins, lesquels ont signé avec moi.
