Notes about Abraham Pietersz Oprel

Ik heb nog even verder gezocht, in 1661 wordt in Nieuw-Beijerland al een Abraham gedoopt, en hier wordt wel de familienaam genoemd, en die is IJZERMAN (Iserman). Dit geslacht komt ook voor in die plaats en dat lijkt me toch wel beslissend. Dit had ik al eerder, zo'n 25 tot 30 jaar geleden ontdekt. Voor mij loopt Oprel hier dood. Misschien dat secundaire bronnen iets opleveren, zoals bij Van Driel en Kranendonk, maar dan moet de familie enig bezit en een zekere status hebben gehad.

Betr. Abraham Pietersz Oprel. Deze persoon zou geboren/gedoopt? zijn te Piershil. maar de doopboeken van Piershil beginnen pas in de 18e eeuw. Ik ben benieuwd welke extra gegevens het regionaal archief heeft.
Op 16-9-1663 wordt te Nieuw-Beijerland inderdaad een Abraham gedoopt, maar die is de zoon van Pieter Abrahamse en (Jaco)mijntje Ariens, met getuige Mariska Abrahams. De vermelding is onder patroniem, dus of het Oprel is, moet nog blijken!
Pieter en Jacomijntje trouwen op 3-10-1660 te Nieuw-Beijerland.
