Erfgenaam zal zijn de langstlevende, mits deze de eventuele kinderen zal ‘op brengen en alimenteren in drank, kleedinge’ enz., school zal doen gaan en een ambacht of beroep zal laten leren. Elk kind krijgt bij meerderjarigheid of huwelijk 50 gld. Zij benoemen elkaar tot voogd of voogdes en de Weeskamer wordt uitgesloten.
