Eerstelijk een achtste in huis, hof en aangelag, groot 3 lopense 40 roede en gelegen ter plaatse genaamt de Sijlberg. Verder bouwland naast den Meulenweg en in het Diepenbroek. Op het huis rust een belasting aan de abt van Egternaken van 5 stuivers. Jan Munsters als erfgenaam regeld de verdere afhandeling.(R.A.Deurne.128-7 dd 29-09-1729).
