Volgens Bevolkingsregister Hulst 1908-1940: Gezinsoverschrijving naar "van Goethem" (Blad 1044) na overlijden van echtgenoot J. Verbist in 1909. Vermelding: Vertrek uit Hulst op 23.10.1911 naar Wilrijk (B) van Apollonia Maria van Goethem met haar kinderen.
