Hall 1787: Ingeschreven te Brummen den 27 Julij alhier geproclameer den 29 dito den 5 en 12 Augustus en na bekomenattest van Apeldoorn alhier getrouwd den 19 dito. Bernardus Nikkels j.m. geboortig van Beekbergen en wonende thans teApeldoorn en Lutjen Andriessen weduwe van Geurt Pannekoek wonende te Eerbeek onder Hall.

Na het overlijden van Geurt houdt Luitje de Onderste Molen, ook wel genoemd het Oude Klooster in Eerbeek in bezit. Zeverpacht de molen van 1780-1786 aan Jan Limphers Hilbrink. Financieel heeft Luitje geen problemen. In 1780 koopt zij dePoelkampsakker. Voor dat ze met Bernardus trouwt moeten haar kinderen hun vaders erfdeel hebben. (5 van de 7 kinderenwaren minderjarig) De waarde van de molen en de inboedel is ongeveer 6000 gulden. Het echtpaar Nikkels/Andriessenbehoudt in 1788 hun portie onverdeeld in de 5 baks-water-papiermolen, "De bovenste molen", tegenover de Horsterkamp.Luitje maakt dan een testament waarin ze haar kinderen tot erfgenamen in gelijke porties benoemd. Haar oudste zoonMarten Pannekoek zou de keus hebben om de molen over te nemen, mits de verrekening van 8000 gld. Begin 1788 vertrekkenBernardus en Luitje naar Deventer waar ze 10 jaar hebben gewoond. In de tijd dat ze in Deventer wonen wordt de molenbeheerd door de oudste dochter van Luitje: Driesje Pannekoek en haar man Willem Willemsen.
