Pieter Blasiusz. (de Ouden), geboren circa 1586 te 't Woudt, gedoopt te 't Woudt, overleden op 16-09-1661 te 't Woudt. Overleden na 16-09-1661. Op 29-03-1647 verkrijgt Pieter Blasius den Oude, bij dode van zijn vader Blasius Pietersz., t.b.v. hemzelf en zijn mede-erfgenamen de leen (no.1 van de Hofstad "Te Werve") groot 14 morgen land op 't Woudt (inv.nr. 2 fol. 38).
De leen no. 1 is op die datum gesplitst in 1A en 1B.
Op 18-11-1648 verkrijgt Pieter Blasius, innocent, bij dode van Pleuntge Blasius, als de oudste broeder, hulde door notaris Gerridt van der WEL te Delft bij procuratie gemaakt voor notaris Cornelis COECKEBACKER te Delft van 13-08-1648 door Pieter Blasius DIJCXHOORN wonende in de ambacht van de Vlaerdinge en Philips Blasius DIJCXHOORN voogden over Pieter Blasius den oudsten hun innocenten broeder, de leen (no. 2A van de Hofstad "Te Werve") groot de helft van 14 morgen land op 't Woudt (inv.nr. 2 fol. 38-39v). Op 27-05-1659 verkrijgt Pieter Blasius DIJCXHOORN den ouden, wonende op 't Woudt, bij brieven van investituur van 28-11-1648 en verkregen bij deling van 28-02-1652 van wijlen Pleuntgen Blasius DIJCXHOORN, zijn zuster, hulde door Mr. Hugo de RIJCK bij procuratie van 19-05-1659 voor notaris T. van HASSELT te Delft opgemaakt, de leen (no. 1B van de Hofstad "Te Werve") groot de helft van 14 morgen land op 't Woudt (inv.nr. 2 fol. 44-54v). Op 13-06-1643 verkrijgt Pieters Blasius van DIJKSHOORN wonende te Vlaardingen bij dode van Blasius Pietersz. na kaveling, de leen (no. 153 van de Hofstad "Warmond") groot 15 á 16 morgen land op 't Woudt (570 fol. 303, 572 fol. 438).
De leen no. 153 is op die datum gesplitst in 153A en 153B.
