Anna Jansdr van Brontgeest testeert op 9 mei 1665. Zij wijst haar moeder Jannetje Jans, wed. Jan Cornelisz vanBrontgeest, aan als universele erfgename, op enige legaten na. Indien Jannetje Jans vóóroverlijdt, treden Anna's vollezusters Trijntge en Machtelt in haar rechten. Zij prelega­teert aan haar volle broers Lodewijck en Johannes Jansz iederf. 10,- en aan haar halfbroers Urbanus en Michiel Jansz ieder f. 5,-. Haar 'suster van vollen bedde' Trijntgen Jansdrkrijgt haar 'swarten Turxen kaste' en Machtelt, 'mede haer volle suster' de bijbel met zilveren beslag. Haar 'halvesuster' Catarina Jansdr krijgt een 'vierkante neusdoeck met goude haeck' en een ketting. Ariaentgen Jansdr, huisvrouwvan Dirck Dircxs van der Krans, krijgt wat kleding. Waarom Anna testeerde, blijft onduidelijk: zij was niet ziek, enenige jaren later trouwde zij, en kreeg ook nog 3 kinderen.
