19-1-1653: Johan Harmansz. van Ruijven als de nabeschreven landen bij scheiding uit de boedel van wijlen Harman Pietersz. van Ruijven zijn zal. vader hem aanbedeeld wezende, geeft gift aan Jacob Delft voor en ten behoeve van Commertge van Mierevelt krankzinnige dochter zijn moeije van 10 morgen 2 hond 44 roeden vrij hofland zijnde eertijds gekomen van het convent van Konincxvelt gelegen in deze jurisdictie buiten de Schoolpoort van de stad Delft aan Almondens of Altenaeslaen.

Tuijthoff zijn huisvrouw was gemeen geweest het navolgende te beur gevallen zijnde breder vermogens de scheiding d.d. 14-10-1653 voor Johan van Ruijven not. tot Delft gepasseerd, wint gift van de helft van 4 morgen onvrij hofland gelegen in de hoefslag van de Poeldijk staande de morgen op 8 ponden schots, alzo de andere helft uit kracht van de gemeenschap hem zelf en eigenlijk was toebehorende.
