Na het overlijden van Annetje Arensdr. Ham op 2 juni 1762 te Berkel en Rodenrijs zijn Arij en Willem van Rijt en Geertje Cornelisdr. Brederode, dochter van Marijtje van Rijt, als nakomelingen van Catharina Ham en Andries van Rijt samen voor 1/3 testamentaire erfgenamen.
