Corstiaen Voppenz. (a) en Katrina Pieter Sasboutsdr. zullen gaan huwen op de volgende voorwaarden:
Voppo Corstiaensz. belooft met zijn zoon mee te geven 3600 Kar. gld.. Pieter Pietersz. Sasbout belooft met zijn dochter mee te geven 2000 Kar. gld.
Indien een van hen overlijdt met of zonder kind(eren) dan krijgt de langstlevende zijn kleren, juwelen e.d. en de kind(eren) of erfgenamen van de overledene diens kleren, juwelen e.d. De andere goederen worden gedeeld. Indien Corstiaen vooroverlijdt dat krijgt Katrine vooruit 1000 Kar. gld. als douarie.
Pieter Pietersz. met Grietgen Lucas du Pontsdr. en Voppe Corstiaensz. met Marritgen Gerritsdr.
bepalen dat hun goederen naar schependoms recht zullen vererven tot in de derde graad.
De akte is verleden ten huize van Pieter Pietersz. Sasbout.
