Van Welgedacht komt Hendrikus naar het Oude Klooster om te gaan samen werken met zijn broer Marten Cornelis in de firmaGebroerders Sanders. Er kwam een stoomketel en een pakmachine waarop dagelijks 300 kilo papier gemaakt kon worden. In1902 wordt de direktie van de firma overgedragen aan de zoon Willem Andries en een zoon van Marten Cornelis, diedezelfde naam heeft als zijn vader. In 1903 kopen de twee neven een tweede papiermachine. Er werd toen 3500 kilo papierper dag gemaakt.
