De heer Willem van Ruijven raad en vroedschap van Delft met procuratie van Mr. Dirck Abrahamsz. van Bleijswijck oud burgemeester van Schiedam, tegenwoordig uitlandig, de procuratie verleden op 23-01-1691 voor Floris van der Werff notaris te Delft, heeft na veiling te Delft verkocht aan Dirck Jacobs de Vette onze inwoner, een stuk patrimoniaal weiland van 3 morgen aan de Veenweg, belend ten Z: de voorn. Veenweg of de heer Lauris van Bleijswijck met zijn land daar tegenover liggende, ten O: de kinderen en erfgenamen van Cornelis Wiggertsz., ten W: Jan Pietersz. de Jong met bruikwaar en ten N: de kinderen van Jan Willemsz. van Rijt alias Maen. Belast met 7 duiten per morgen tot hofhuur per jaar, verder niet belast.
Het land is de voorn. Mr. Dirck Abrahamsz. van Bleijswijck bij verdeling van de boedel van zijn vader Abraham van Bleijswijck, tegen zijn enige broeder Laurens van Bleijswijck, aanbestorven. De jongste waarbrief in dato 14-06-1680. Prijs f 355, contant geld.
