Blaeck, wonende in Nieuw-Bonaventura onder Strijen, als last en procuratie hebbende vanAdriaen van Hogeveen, schepen van Dordrecht, volgens procuratie gepasseerd voor schepenen van Dordrecht op 20 nov. 1695,transporteert aan zijn vader Jan Arensz. Blaeck de helft in een hofstede met 8 morgen 9 roeden land, liggende inNieuw-Bonaventura onder Strijen, belend ten oosten door de Grafelijkheidsweg, ten zuiden door de weduwe van A. Quirijnvan Strijen, ten westen door de gemenelandsvliet, genaamd het Koijdiep en ten noorden door de eerste kruisweg, betaaldmet een somma van 1300 gl. (RA Strijen inv. 5)

- 4 mrt. 1697: de voogden van de onmondige kinderen van Pleun Dircksz. Meeldijck transporteren aan Andries Jansz.Blaeck, wonende in Nieuw-Bonaventura, een huis, schuur en erf aan de Strijense Westdijk . (RA Strijen inv. 5)
