Willem Ariense Blaak, schepen te Ridderkerk, ziek op bed, benoemt de 5 nagelaten kinderen van zijn overleden dochter Marijtje Willemse Blaak (verwekt door Leendert van Es), tot zijn enige en universele erfgenamen. De namen van deze kinderen zijn: Ariaantje, (huisvrouw van Arij Fleurisse van den Berg), Jan, Willem, Ingetie en Pietertje van Es. Een voorwaarde bij dit testament is dat de erfgenamen gehouden zijn om uit te keren een bedrag van 400 gulden aan Jervenis de Quaasteniet (nagelaten kind van Lijsbet van Es verwekt door Arij Jervene de Quaasteniet.
