Beroep boer te Mijnsheerenland, handelaar landbouwproducten. Jacob was niet alleen landbouwer, maar handelde ook inlandbouwgewassen. Zo kocht hij op 29 Aug 1681 nog op het land staand gewas. Woonde op Westmaes 1645, woonde aan de Blaakte Heinenoord in 1658.

In 1639 hij jonkman van Ridderkerk wonende aan de Blaak, zij weduwe van Huig FLOREN, wonende te Puttershoek.
In 1645 zij jonge dochter van Ridderkerk, mede wonende op Westmaas.
In 1672 hij wedr van Annetje CORNELIS, wonende aan de Blaak, zij wed Harmen Lodewijks MONTAAN, wonende onder Maasdam.
