Vlak voor hun huwelijk op 4-9-1759 wordt er een inventaris gemaakt van de eigendommen van Nicolaas, ten behoeve van 5minderjarige kinderen. Hij bezat aan ongerede goederen een hangschuur die 40 gulden waard was. In de schuur stonden 4koeien, 2 kalveren en 2 varkens en wat hooi, rogge en gerst samen 150 gulden waard. Aan geld was er 135 gulden. Kledingen huisraad waren er overvloedig. In de molen stond voor 725 gulden aan lompen, stof en papier. In Amsterdam stond bijde factor voor 335 gulden aan papier. Alles bij elkaar kwamen ze op bijna 1800 gulden, maar de schulden waren ruim 1500gulden. Hendrikje is geboren in Beekbergen als dochter van Gosen Alberts en Maria
