(Nicolaesz.) van, geb. 16 juli 1606, notaris 1626-1686, procureur 1636, wonend naast de Oude Kerk te Delft 1629 en op de Warmoesbrug 1643, lid van de ridderlijke broederschap genaamd “De Confrérie van de Handbusch binnen Delft” 1638, sergeant 1648, overl. 14 februari 1691, begr. Delft (N.K.) 19 februari 1691, zoon van Nicolaes Nicolaesz. van Assendelft en Applonia Jacobsdr. van Persijn van Ouwendijk.
Hij staat afgebeeld als sergeant op het schuttersstuk genaamd “De officieren van het witte vendel”, geschilderd door Jacob Willemsz. Delff in 1648, aanwezig in het Museum Het Prinsenhof te Delft.
Hij huwde Delft 15 juli 1629 (ondertr. ald. 30 juni 1629) met Maria Gerritsdr. van Sassen, geb. 13 maart 1608, jd. wonend aan de Wijnstraat 1629, overl. 12 december 1678, begr. (N.K.) 16 december 1678, dochter van Gerrit Willemsz. van Sassen en Maritgen Jacobsdr. van Tol.
