Anna van Kleef (Düsseldorf, 22 september 1515 - Hester Castle, 16 juli 1557) was koningin van Engeland in 1540. Zij was de vierde vrouw van Hendrik VIII.

Hendrik huwde Anna, dochter van hertog Johan III van Kleef (de leider van de Duitse protestanten) uit politieke overwegingen op 6 januari 1540. Hij zocht een (vierde) vrouw en had voor dat doel zijn adviseur Thomas Cromwell langs de Europese hoven gestuurd. Hans Holbein maakte een fraai portret van Anna.

Ze trouwde de Engelse koning, met spijt in het hart. Het huwelijk hield niet lang stand. Hendrik liet zich al in juli van hetzelfde jaar van haar scheiden. Anna kreeg een riant jaargeld en beschikking over verschillende huizen: Hever Castle (de voormalige woning van Anna Boleyn), Blenchingly Castle en Richmond Castle. Ook kreeg ze de titel 'zuster van de koning' en werd ze een graag geziene gast aan het hof. Haar opvolgster was Catharina Howard.
