Notes about Cornelis Cornelisse Vergroesen

Met zijn vrouw Catelijn Cornelisse Goverden kocht hij in 1700 en 1701 diverse percelen weiland en heiveld, alsook van Heijltje Lambrechts een stedeken met een huis daarop; deze waren gelegen aan de Groenstraat te Teteringen.
In 1705 kreeg Cornelis Cornelisse van Groesen als voogd over zijn vijf kinderen bij Catelijn Cornelisse Goverden, met name Cornelia, Wouter, Clara, Maria en Jacobmijntjen, samen met andere erfgenamen goederen uit de nalatenschap van Cornelis Timmers, waaronder percelen zaailand te Teteringen.
De gezamenlijke kinderen uit Cornelis’ eerste huwelijk verkochten als erfgenamen van Heijltje Lambrechts aan Adriaan Havermans, koopman te Breda, een perceel zaailand onder Teteringen in de Groenstraat, alsook nog een heideveld. Als erfgenamen van Maria Lambregts, weduwe van Cornelis Goverden, hun grootouders, verkochten zij een huis met een kamer, koestal, schuur, boomgaard en percelen land te Teteringen
