Notes about THOMAS CRIJNS

RAL-LvO 1755, 40v: Op 16 maart 1645 verstrekte Thomas Crijns, gehuwd met Maria Schetters, een lening van 225 gulden aan Jan en Griet Wustenraedt. Zij borgden met hun huis, hof en land onder Hellebroek gelegen.

RAL-LvO 1755, 83r: Op 28 februari 1650 kocht Thomas Crijns, gehuwd met Meijken Schetters, van Johannes Voorst, gehuwd met Anna Nuchelmans, de vechtersweide, grenzend aan hemzelf, de gats bij de erven Pitsweggen, de straat en de meent van Hellebroek. Verder kocht hij het "koppehoeske" achter de erven Pitsweggen gelegen. Hij betaalde hiervoor 390 gulden. Buiten de koop kreeg hij van Voorst nog 15 roeden weide "boven aen de straete" in de voornoemde weide.

RAL-LvO 1755, 113r: Op 12 april 1651 kocht Thomas Crijns, gehuwd met Meijken Schetters, van Johannes Voorst, gehuwd met Jenne Nuchelmans, een morgen weiland "de Bongart", gelegen in Hellebroek, grenzend aan Jenne Cortten, Crijn Crijns, de meent en Herman Crijns, belast met vijf koppen rogge aan de Armen van Wijnandsrade, hetgeen niet gekort werd op de koopsom. Hij betaalde 58 stuivers per roede.

RAL-LvO 1755, 237v: Op 15 juni 1665 leende Thomas Crijns, inwoner van Hellebroek en gehuwd met Meijken Schetters, 400 gulden tegen 6 1/4% van Hendrik Munix, koopman te Maastricht en gehuwd met Maria Stassen. Tot borg stelde hij 134 a 135 roeden weiland te Hellebroek naast Severen Cortten en de meent, alsmede 130 roeden beemd te Hellebroek tussen Jan Schillincx en Severen Cortten.
