RAL-LvO 1760, 72r; Op 10 juni 1761 verklaarde Christiaen Crijns, gehuwd met Maria Cobben, dat hij op 6 oktober 1753 aan Anthoen Timmers, gehuwd met Sophia Weustenraedt, 58 kleine roeden akkelrand in het Achterveld onder Nuth in belening had gedaan. Het perceel grensde aan Anthoen Timmers zelf, de weduwe Peter Nuchelmans en de weduwe Willem Cobben. Het land werd nu aan Anthoen Timmers verkocht voor 27 pattacons, waarbij het beleende bedrag [niet nader genoemd] in mindering werd gebracht.

RAL-LvO 1760, 40r: Op 3 april 1765 verkocht Christiaen Crijns, gehuwd met Maria Cobben, aan Joannes Slangen, gehuwd met Cornelia Douven, 80 kleine roeden akkerland "aen den camp" onder Nuth, grenzend aan Willem Hautvast, Baltus a Campo en de Ludderweg, voor 41 stuivers per kleine roede. Het land was belast met een kop rogge aan de Armen van Wijnandsrade.
