De echtelieden Cornelis Tijsse Plaijsier en Grietje Jacobs van der Jagt maken op 08-05-1702 een testament voor de langstlevende. Deze zal gehouden zijn het kind of de kinderen van de eerststervende eerlijk te elimineren tot hun mondige dagen of een eerder huwelijk, enz. Daarboven een som van 6 gld. 6 stuivers voor ieder kind ter voldoening van het legitime portie. Zij sluiten de weeskamer uit. [Gemeente arch. Rotterdam, Oud notarieel arch. Volgens akte van 16-10-1704 huurt de te Poortugaal wonende Cornelis Matijsse Plaisier van Jannetje Willem Goetbier een woning. Deze Jannetje Willems Goetbier was te voren weduwe van Bastiaen Klaesse Weij en nu laatst van Bastiaen Cornelis Loosje, wonende onder Langebakkersoord. De huur duurt zeven jaar met berg, schuur en keet, met een deugdelijk stuk weiland, boomgaard en de dijk. Met alles om en aan de voornoemde woning gelegen. Deze huur is ingegaan op 01-05-1703 tot 01-05-1710 voor de som van 180 gld. per jaar. [Gemeente arch. Rotterdam, Oud notarieel arch. Poortugaal, inventarisnr. 1773, akte 42.]

Compareren op 12-05-1742 Cornelis Tijsse Plaisier, oud omtrent 75 jaren, geboortig van Rhoon en tegenwoordig wonende te Poortugaal en Gerrit Goverts Koorenneef, mede geboortig van Rhoon, oud omtrent 64 jaar. Zij doen op verzoek van Marietje Ariens den Otter, wonende te Albrandswaard, uitleg over de samenstelling van de familie den Otter. [Gemeente arch. Rotterdam, Oud rechtelijk arch. Poortugaal, inventarisnr. 227, akte d.d. 12-05-1742.]

Op 29-11-1743 wordt Cornelis Tijsse Plaisier nog vermeld als een oude man die leeft van de armen. [Gemeente arch. Rotterdam, Oud rechtelijk arch. Poortugaal, inventarisnr. 6, familiegeld, nr. 31.]
