RAL-LvO 1756, 81v: Op 1 maart 1697 verkocht Lenaert Limpens, inwoner van Nuth, met volmacht van zijn broer Jan Limpens en zijn zwagers Jan Schroeders en Peter Eggen, gedateerd 28 februari 1697, aan Johan Leuffkens, burger en koopman te Maastricht, 145 kleine roeden akkerland onder Nuth, grenzend aan heer Leuffkens zelf, Claes Hermens, de wijenweg nabij Molshage en de verkopers zelf. Iedere kleine roede kostte een gulden. Het bedrag werd in mindering gebracht op een schuld die heer Leuffkens nog van hen te vorderen had.
RAL-LvO 1757, 96v: Op 31 augustus 1716 verkocht Dirick Dassen, gehuwd met Gertruijdt Hennes, aan schepen Leonaert Limpens, gehuwd met Ida Vroomen, een morgen akkerland achter de Berg, grenzend aan Claes Hermens en Peter Eggen; voorts 46 kleine roeden land aldaar op het Bergerveld, grenzend aan Hermen Meijs, Geurt Snackers en de Groeneweg; en tenslotte nog 68 kleine roeden weiland op de Berg, grenzend aan Geurt Snackers, Leonaert Limpens zelf en de Bergerweg, belast met drie koppen rogge aan de kerk van Nuth. De totale koopsom bedroeg 273 gulden.
RAL-LvO 1758, 140v: Op 4 juli 1740 maakte schepen Leonaert Limpens zijn testament, met als erfgenamen zijn kinderen Gabriel, Henricus, Leonard, Maria, Gertruid en Mechtild Limpens. Gabriel, Leonardus en Maria Limpens werden speciaal genoemd vanwege hun goede zorgen. Gabriel en Leonardus kregen alle paardengetuig. Henricus kreeg de rouwmantel. Maria kreeg een bed ter waarde van 10 pattacons en een bedrag van 50 gulden. Gertruid, zuster in het Wittevrouwenklooster te Maastricht, kreeg een rente van 100 gulden. Henricus had reeds zes pattacons ontvangen, naderhand te verrekenen met zijn erfdeel.
