Belangrijkste bepalingen: alle goederen zullen in gemeenschap bezeten worden, alle kinderen krijgen het recht van representatie; indien bruid of bruidegom zonder kinderen overlijdt, zal de langst levende de gehele boedel behouden zolang hij of zij niet hertrouwt. In geval van een tweede huwelijk moet de langstlevende een vijfde gedeelte van de gehele boedel uitkeren aan de erfgenamen van de vooroverledene. Het lijfstoebehoren van de overledene zal na zes weken aan de erfgenamen worden overgedragen. Wanneer de langstlevende niet hertrouwt zal na zijn of haar overlijden de gehele boedel in gelijke delen vererven naar de erfgenamen van beide zijden.
