Onder de overgelegde stukken voor het huwelijk bevonden zich:
a. een expeditie van een vonnis van de Rotterdamse arrondissementsrechtbank dd. 15 mei 1919 waaruit blijkt dat Marinus uit de voogdij over de bruid was ontzet;
b. een akte, opgemaakt door de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand te Hoek van Holland, houdende toestemming van Marinus tot Apolonia's huwelijk:
c. een notariële akte, houdende toestemming voor het huwelijk van de Vereniging "Kinderzorg" te Rotterdam, voogdes over Apolonia.
