    Op 27 januari 1632 werd een overeenkomst gesloten tussen Dries Offermans, in huwelijk zittende met Alet Hal, en zoon van wijlen Gerardt Offermans en zijn moeder Maria Senden, ter eenre partij, en Thomas, Melchior, Gerardt en Maria Moenen, zonen en dochter van wijlen Johan Moenen en voorschreven Maria Senden, ter andere zijde partij.
    Moeder Maria Senden was ernstig ziek en verkeerde in doodsnood. Om geschillen en onenigheid over de erfenis na haar overlijden te voorkomen beloofde Dries Offermans aan zijn halfbroers en -zuster 5,5 bunder akkerland over te dragen. De overdracht moest eerst plaats vinden na het overlijden van hun moeder, die de tocht [= levenslange vruchtgebruik] bezat. De overeenkomst werd opgesteld door Werner Rietraedt en Michiel Vlodrops, schepenen van de hoofdbank Klimmen.
