22-2-1716: De erven van Teunis van Cothen en Cornelia Claasse van Zuylen, te weten Nicolaas Teunisse van Cothen, getrouwd met Cornelia van Nellesteyn, te Nederlangbroeck, en Elbert Arisse van Donselaar, getrouwd met Elisabet van Cothen, verkopen aan Evert Gosense Cool, te Houten, de "helfte van huysinge, erve en grond en een stuckje landts?, met alles wat aard- en nagelvast en gepoot is, staande aan het Sandpadt in Houten, voor 228 gld. Op 23-5-1716 verkoopt Annichje Claess van Zuylen, wed. van Wouter Vierhout, als dochter en medeërfgenaam van Claes Janss van Zuylen en Jannichje Claes, de andere helfte ook aan Evert Gosenss Kool [ONA Utrecht, not.
