In Krommenie hebben op 13 juli 1626 Cornelis Claesz als man en voogd van Aecht Jansdr, huisvrouw geweest van Josep Aerisz zal., ter eenre, en Jan Arisz als rechte oom en bloedvoogd van de 2 nagelaten kinderen die Aecht Jansdr en Josep Aerisz bij elkaar gewonnen hebben, nl. Cornelis Josepsz en Duijfgen Josepsdr, ter andere zijde, te boek doen stellen hetgeen Aecht Jansdr haar kinderen tot hun vaders erfenis bewezen heeft, als volgt: de helft van een stuk land achter 't Noordent, in 't geheel groot 820 roeden, belend ten noorden en zuiden de erfgenamen van Dirck Hemtgis in zijn leven poorter te Alkmaar, een stuk land tussen de Saendijck en de Watering, groot 210 roeden, belend ten noorden Griet Oude Jacopsdr, ten zuiden Eggis zwager op 't Saend, nog 170 gld die de voorschreven Cornelis Claesz en zijn huisvrouw onder zich hebben. Op 13 juli 1639 compareerden Cornelis Claesz Gorter en Jan Aerisz voogd geweest van de voorschreven kinderen die gehuwelijkt zijn, en bekende Jan Aerisz vanwege de voorschreven kinderen van Cornelis Claesz voldaan te zijn.
