Ook was hij leenman van Jacob, Heer van Putten en Strijen te Poortugaal, alwaar hij op 11-09-1452 werd beleend met land en op 08-12-1455 met de dijk langs de molen. (het vroegere beleningsland van zijn vader). Hij was pachter van tienden in 1462 en hij zegelde in 1465. Hij vestigde te Nieuw-Rhoon zijn memorie op 2 gemet land, samen met zijn oudste zoon Aert Beijens.
    Op 08-12-1455 nam hij twee droge dijken te Poortugaal in leen. Tussen 1459 en 1469 was hij een jaarlijkse erftijns verschuldigd voor 4 gemet 1 lijn land bij de kerk en voor 7,5 gemet land genaamd de Grote Weyde. Van 1459 tot 1462 pachtte hij de staalvisserij van Battenoort, van 1461 tot 1466 de droge dijk tussen het Oostdorp en de Drieñndijk en in 1461 de tienden van Waddenswaert. In 1465 pachtte hij de tienden voor het dorp, van 1466 tot 1468 de potinge in die Roden als rietbroek, van 1466 tot1469 de zwaandrift in Poortugaal en nog twee gemet land aan de Puddikepoelseweg te Poortugaal van het klooster Nieuwlicht.
