1799-06-20/ 2076 fol.15: Machtiging van Jacob Ham te Egmond aan Zee op Jan Zevenhuysen aldaar om zijn huis in de Noorderstraat te verkopen omdat hij nog f 150,- hypotheekschuld tbv. Zevenhuysen heeft.
