Uit Den Burg 1622-1830 van Thijs en Miriam Klaassen.

B286 (erf van kad 4) Huis en erf Binnenburg
Dit huis was belast mer een erfpacht van f 1,- ten behoeve van de gereformeerde kerk. De eigenaar van B287 (kad 4 en 5) mocht door de poortjes op het erf van dit huis komen, omdat dit de enige manier was om de ramen te wassen. Het huis is voor de invoering van het kadaster gesloopt.
1738 - 1789 Voor f 716,- kocht de kaagschipper Cornelis Dirks Boon het huis. In 1742 woonde hij hier met zijn moeder Maartje Dirks van Aken, die hier een winkeltje had. In 1746 trouwde hij met Hendrikje Jans Plavier. Hij was in 1747 niet op Texel toen de 'monstering' van de schutters plaatsvond.
Na zijn dood verkocht zijn weduwe het huis onder de voorwaarde dat zij de rest van haar leven in het huis van de koper in de Weverstraat mocht wonen (B224 kad 95). Omdat zij al 73 jaar oud was, werd verwacht dat zij nog slechts enkele jaen te leven had.
