B107 (kad 168) Huis en erf Hogerstraat
Aan het begin van de 17e eeuw was hier een schoenmakerij gevestigd, Vanaf 1785 is er sprake van een boe die bij dit huis hoort. Tegelijkertijd is de waarde sterk toegenomen. Mogelijk had er een ingrijpende verbouwing plaatsgevonden. Het huis was belast met zes lopen abtskoren.
1743 - 1785 Cornelis Jans Schagen kocht het voor f 510,- en vestigde zich ook hier. Hij was zilversmid en tevens hoofdcollecteur. Cornelis was in 1741 getrouwd met Elisabeth Pieters Swijnsveer, afkomstig uit Enkhuizen. In 1780 verongelukte hij doordat hij bij de nieuw haven van een kaagschip viel. Aagje Luijtsen schreef aan haar man dat hij op dat moment maar liefst 600 gulden bij zivh had.
Nadat haar man was overleden verhuisde Elisabeth naar Westzaan.

B112A (kad 157) Kamer Stenen Plaats
Dit was aanvankelijk het noordelijke deel van de woning B112 (kad 156), die na 1646 gesplitst werd. Vanaf 1755 was de kamer in gebruik als pakhuis.
De erfgenamn van Anna Jans (getrouwd met IJsbrand Hendriks) verkochten de kamer voor f 185,- aan Cornelis Jans Schagen, zilversmid en hoofdcollecteur vsn de belastingen.
In 1749 woonde de arme zeeman Gerrit Pronk hier. Hij was getouwd met Ariaantje Hendriks.
1755 - 1756 Cornelis Schagen kocht de kamer weer terug voor f 181,-.
