1719-05-22/ 2064 fol.138v:Kwijtschelding van huis en erf noordzijde weg, door Claas Cooper en Annitje Engels, aan Claas Dirksz; betaald met f 450,-.

1719 / 2064 fol.139-139v: Schultbrief van f 400,- leenschuld tegen 4% onder verband van huis en erf, door Claas Dirx tbv. Cniertje Claas.

Isaak Beukelaar, Amsterdam 5 okt. 1723), waarin huis en erf noordzijde Voorstraat dat ze kocht van Klaas Dirksz Boertjes als legaat voor Marijtje Willemsdr Vink, dochter van Willem Tijse Vink en Annetje Cornelisdr, nu getr. met Jan Pietersz Os te Wijk op Zee (en legaten voor Cornelis Willemsz Vink en Annetje Willems Vink huisvrouw Jan Gertsz Knijn).

1733-04-06/ NA805-E4: Attestatie van Jan Huygenbos (oud 46) en Dirk Cornelisz Starkeman (oud 29) ten verzoeke van Jacob Ysbrantsz Knijn tegenwoordig wonend in het huis van Claas Dirx Adams, op't Oostend van Egmond aan Zee, betreffende de huur van dat huis (nl. f 34,- per jaar).
