1761-06-10/ 2065 fol.269 en 270: kwijtschelding en custing van 3/4 in huis en erf noordzijde Voorstraat bezuiden het Taanvelt, door Jan Aalbertsz (moet zijn Aldertsz) getr. met Grietje van Toorn en Maartje van Toorn te Egmond aan Zee voor henzelf en mede voor de erfgenamen van Klaas van Toorn te Wijk op Zee, als erfgenamen van hun ouders Pieter van Toorn en Trijn Maartensdr, beide overleden te Egmond aan Zee, verkocht bij openbare veiling van 5 apr. 1761 aan Maarten van Toorn te Egmond aan Zee, mede-erfgenaam en reeds eigenaar voor ¼; prijs f 345,- te betalen in drie termijnen.
