1751 - De eigenaar was Willem Jacobs Roeper, die uit De Waal afkomstig was en achtereenvolgens gehuwd was met Neeltje Jans Dijksen en Neeltje Ariens Oostinjer. Hij was eerst zeeman en later timmerman en kruidenier. Hij overleed in mei 1788.
