Hermens contra Wed A Dros loopen schapen land H Smit
Op heden 18 Sept 1889 des morgens 8 ½ ure werd mij PJH Hermens enz aangifte gedaan door Hendrik Smit oud 68 jaren landbouwer wonende op de Hofstede Weilust gelegen in den polder Eijerland op Texel dat hij op zijne landerijen die bezet zijn met Lucerne en gras en gelegen in den polder het Noorden op Texel, voortdurend last heeft van de schapen van Etje Leien oud 38 jaren veehoudster weduwe van Arie Dros wonende te Tienhoven op Texel die daar zijne gewassen kaal vreeten, en mij Rijksveldwachter verzocht daar aan een einde te maken. Dien tengevolge onderzoek doende heb ik mij begeven na genoemd land gelegen in den polder het Noorden en bevond aldaar des morgens omstreeks 10 ½ uur dat er 50 schapen op het land van de klager H Smit dat bezet was met lucerne en gras grazende waren, genoemde schapen behoorde aan gemelde E Leien die daar dezelve liet losloopen en grazen zonder schriftelijke vergunning van den eigenaar H Smit.
Gemelde E Leien is reeds voor af door mij rijksveldwachter gewaarschuwd zulks natelaten.
