ca. 1746 / 2065 fol.64: Hypotheek van f 600,- wegens lening tegen 4% onder verband van huis zuidzijde Voorstraat, door Neeltje Cornelisdr Afslager te Egmond aan Zee tbv. Jacob Riggel.

1749- / 2065 fol.113: Neeltje Afslager, oost van A78.

1751-03-21/ 2065 fol.147: Kwijtschelding van huis en erf zuidzijde Voorstraat, door schout Jan Molenbeek en schepen Arie Planteyt, als door schout en regenten van Egmond aan Zee aangesteld tot curatoren over de nagelaten boedel van Neeltje Cornelis Afslager, overleden Egmond aan Zee, aan Engeltje en Maartje Garbrants; betaald met f 430,-.
NB: Curatoren voornoemd kochten op 15 juni 1751 voor f 50,- Cornelis Afslager junior uit de erfenis van diens vader, die voor enige jaren overleed, nu zijn moeder Neeltje Cornelis (Afslager) ook dood is (2070 fol. 4).
