Bij sommige verkopen werd vermeld dat het om een huis met een erf ging, maar dit is waarschijlijk een vergissing. Voor een erf was op deze hoek namelijk geen plaats.
1775 - 1794 Hendrik Kok kocht het huis voor f 210,- van Paulus Pieters Kikkert. Hij trouwde in 1722 als weduwnaar met Bijtje Dirks. Na een kleine twintg jaar moest hij het huis verkopen omdat hij achterstallige dijklasten had.

Deze kamer werd in de tweede helft van de 17e eeuw gebouwd en was belast met twee lopen abtskoren, die eerder op B86 rustten.
De kamer werd rond 1800 afgebroken.
1798 - De kamer stond inmiddels blijkbaar op instorten. De armlastige Hendrik Kok werd voor f 4,- waarschijnlijk wel de laatste eigenaar.
Op 10 juni 1802 kwamen drie militairen bij hem thuis. Een van hen had zijn vrouw bij zich. Ze wilden deserteren via Oudeschild, zo vertelden ze Hendrik. Deze meende echter dat het verstandiger was om via Nieuweschild te gaan, want bij Oudeschild was een wachtpost. Hij hielp hen zich te ontdoen van hun militaire kenmerken en kleding, die hij door zijn zoon Dirk in de schuur van Pieter Andries Robbok (B78) liet verbergen. Die avond bracht hij het viertal naar Nieuweschild, waar ze nog dezelfde avond werden opgepakt. Hendrik kreeg een bote van f 150,- opgelegd, die hij binnen een week voldeed.
