Aan het begin van de 18e eeuw hoorden de bijgebouwen nog bij B317 (kad 25). Volgens een vermelding uit 1813 was het huis belast met een halve lopen abtskoren.
- 1746 De kleinzoon, van Dirk Cornelis Zijm, Hendrik Cornelis Zijm was de volgende eigenaar. Deze hoefsmid zal het huis hebben geërfd. In 1741 kocht hij voor f 200,- de schuur, met erf en tuin, van de eigenares van B317 (kad 250) Dieuwertje IJsbrants.

B284 (kad 32) Huis Binnenburg (met kamer en erf erachter)
Dit huis was belast met een jaarlijkse erfpacht van f 3,- ten behoeve van de gereformeerde kerk.
1780 -1782 Merkwaardigerwijs kochten de erfgenamen van Hendrik Zijm dit huis voor f 370,- om het twee jaar later met een behoorlijk verlies weer te vekopen voor f 280,- aan Simon Kooiman.
