Notes about Hendrik Boogaard

Dit echtpaar woonde tot 1876 op boerderij Zevenhuizen 9. Hendrik erfde in 1865 deze boerderij met 6 3/4 ha land. Hij liet in 1876 de plaats bewonen door arbeiders, zoals:
-Hendrik Anthonysz. Eelman (1851-Oost [14] 1939), die in 1876 trouwde met Grietje Dirksd. Slik (1851-Oost [14] 1937). Zij vertrokken naar een woonhuis op Vierhuizen en kwamen daarna op Harkebuurt [2].
-Cornelis Cornelisz. Schuijl (1852-Harkebuurt 1925) trouwde in 1879 met Frouwtje Michielsd. Kok (KG 1853-01) 1929). Zij verhuisden naar het woonhuis Peperstraat 43.
-In 1887 trouwde Jacob Hendriksz. Boogaard (Zvh 1863-Schagen 1943) met Guurtje Jansd. Witte (BG 1864-BG 1932). Zij bewoonden Zevenhuizen 9. De boerderij werd in 1899 zijn eigendom, maar zij verhuisden naar 'Trentgeest', terwijl zijn ouders vanaf die boerderij weer terugkwamen op deze plaats.
Het gebouw werd voor 1915 veranderd in een schuur, die in 1941 oorlogsschade opliep en hersteld werd. Hendrik Jacobsz. Boogaard (Zvh 1898-1985), die op Oosterweg 4 woonde was eigeriaar van de schuur.

Hendrik Boogaard kocht in 1877 de boerderij 'Trentgeest' op Oostkaap 1 van Maarten Ran. Hij was vanaf Zevenhuizen 9 hier als huurder komen wonen met zijn vrouw Jannetje Jacobsd. van Heerwaarden (Catharinahoeve 1829-Trentgeest 1916). Zij gingen in 1887 terug naar Zevenhuizen 9.
