Deze kamer werd in 1683 of kort daarvoor gebouwd.
1740 - 1787 De zeeman Pieter Frans Roos woonde hier zeer lange tijd. Zijn eerste vrouw Jantje Cornelis overleed in 1747, waarna hij hertrouwde met Trijntje Pieters. In Amsterdam lieten ze op 26-02-1759 hun testament opstellen door notaris Abraham Coijmans, maar na Pieters dood op 11 februari 1780 werd het door zijn weduwe tenietgedaan. De kamer werd aan haar toebedeeld.
