Aan het begin van de 19e eeuw werd de plaats van dit huis enkele keren aangeduid met 'op het boltje'. In 1810 stond het huis op instorten en is het gesloopt
Het voorste deel:
1804 - 1810 Jacob Aris Gielis kocht het voor f 100,- van Marretje Jans Kikkert, waarbij Marretje bedong dat hij er geen tapnering mocht houden of anderszins drank mocht verkopen. Hij was getrouwd met Antje Simons Stam. In 1810 kreeg jij toestemming van de municipaliteit om zijn huis op het boltje B187 af te breken, omdat het op instorten stond.

Spanjerd, te kennen gevende dat uit hoofde van de wet van 12: van Grasmaand 1810 op het stuk van Amoveeren van Gebouwen- de requesten aan de Minister van finantie meest favorabele berigt van deese Vergadering deswegens onlangs opgegeven, tot het mogen amoveeren van eenige Gebouwen aan de Hoorn en den Burg als aan de Executeuren van de Boedel van wyle Hertje Zwart, Tryntje Pakes wed. C.P. Koger, Daniel Klaasz en Jacob A. Gielis, zyn te rug gekomen- versoekende nu de intentie van de Vergadering hieromtrent te mogen weeten-
Waar over zynde gedelibereerd, is vastgesteld dat alle die binnen de Dorpen deezes Eilands een of meerder huizen verkiest te slopen, zig by requeste dog zonder Zegel, daarover bij deese Vergadering moet aanmelden
Dat wanneer het versoek kan worden toegestaan, het zelve zal worden geaccordeerd, met dese Clausule: mits voldoenende aan de wet van 12 van Grasmaand 1810 en wel inzonderheid art. 4 en daar van blyken tonende ter Secretarie alhier
