Dit huis was belast met één lopen abtskoren. ten minste tussen 1762 en 1772 hoorde er een schuur bij.
- 1762 Dochter Dieuwertje Pieters Copges erfde het huis van haar vader. Zij was getrouwd met de boer Jan Augustijns Klei. Hij kwam uit De Waal en woonde daar met zijn eerste vrouw Grietje Jans Ratelaar. Met zijn tweede vrouw Dieuwertje woonde hij in Den Burg. In 1732 maakten ze samen een testament.Haar erfgenamen verkochten het huis voor f 570,- aan Pieter Jelis Verberne.
