1776-05-01/ 2065 fol.456: Kwijtschelding van huis en erf noordzijde Noorderstraat, verkocht bij openbare veiling (2080-5/ 9 juni 1776?) door:
- Pieter Al (= Hendriksz van Tol) weduwnaar Teunisje Koenderts als vader voor zijn minderjarige kinderen,
- Pieter Klaasz (van Tooren) als man van Jannetje Koenderts,
- Teunis Coendertsz (Broek), en
- Aalbert Jacobsz Planteyt en Hendrik Leendertsz Wijker als (oom) voogd over de drie minderjarige kinderen van wijlen Coendert Teunisz,
tesamen erfgenamen van Coendert Teunisz, allen te Egmond aan Zee, aan Huybert van der Hart (met borgen Albert Afslager en Jan Visbeen); betaald met f 400,- (de oost en westbelending zijn verwisseld).
